- Avoid using strong detergents.
- Machine washing, hand washing, tumble drying, bleach, and ironing are not recommended.
With just a few small habits, you can keep it clean and maintain its original condition for a long time.
Is it made of waterproof material?
It is not a fully waterproof product, but it has water-resistant features that can protect against light splashes or drizzle.
The outer polyester fabric is treated with DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating, so water droplets bead up on the surface and roll off easily, reducing penetration into the fabric.
What is the maximum weight it can carry?
For the Daily Tote Bag (16L, 21L) and crossbody strap, we recommend a maximum load of 15kg (33lbs).
You will be able to maintain comfort during use and keep your tote bag sturdy for a long time.
Is there a warranty period?
There is a 2-year free warranty period. If any issues are found with the product, we will provide a free replacement. However, damage caused by user negligence is not covered by the free replacement.
