Q.01_Can I wear it right away without fitting?
Green Rabbit products are pre-fitted by a professional optician before shipping.
Since the fitting is not done face-to-face, you may still feel discomfort depending on your face shape even after fitting.
Self-fitting is possible, but if you want a more comfortable fit,
you can use the free fitting coupon sent with your order at a Lookstore affiliate store,
or have them fitted at a nearby optical shop before wearing.

Q.02_Can't you ship with prescription lenses?
Processing and shipping prescription lenses is illegal under current law,
so you must have prescription lenses fitted at a nearby optical shop or Lookstore affiliate store.
Q.03_Can I use the default lenses that come with the product?
The demo lenses attached by default are acrylic and serve only as placeholders,
so please remove them and use lenses that suit you.
Q.04_I funded with blue light lenses. Can I add a prescription to these lenses separately?
It is not possible to insert a prescription into non-prescription lenses that have already been processed.
Prescription lenses must be individually customized at an optical store along with an eye examination.
For supporters who need prescription lenses, the blue light lens reward is not meaningful.
Q.05_ Non-refundable Policy
In the case of the blue light lens reward, the lenses are not pre-attached by default, but are processed before the reward is shipped.
The lenses are fitted to the frame through processing and then shipped.
