I thought there was an overlap between Casamuti's concept and Wadiz's customer base, and I chose this platform because I wanted to show good products to many people.

It will be used for developing new products from Casamuti.
We wanted to present our new products to Wadiz supporters first and also receive their feedback.

Refunds and Exchanges (A/S)
Warranty period: Within 14 days from the date of reward receipt
A/S Policy: If there is a defect or fault upon receiving the reward, free A/S is available. (Round-trip shipping cost covered by the maker)
* If a defect occurs due to the supporterโs intentional or negligent use after using the product, A/S will be provided for a fee if repair is possible (supporter bears round-trip shipping cost), and if repair is not possible, A/S cannot be provided even within the warranty period.

* In cases not related to reward defects
1) There may be a difference of about 1โ2 cm in actual size depending on the measurement method.
2) There may be slight differences between the actual color and what appears on the screen depending on monitor characteristics and shooting conditions (weather, sunlight, etc.).
3) Minor scratches may occur during the production process.
