Qtem Cerabalm FAQ

1. What are the manufacturing and expiration dates?

Qtem Cerabalm cream and ampoule will be shipped with products manufactured after February 2025.
(The expiration date is 36 months from the manufacturing date / 12 months after opening.)

2. Please tell me the delivery time and courier company.

After the pre-order ends, rewards will be shipped within the scheduled period, and you can receive them within 2โ€“3 business days after dispatch. However, please understand that there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier strikes or increased volume. Qtem uses Hanjin Courier.

3. What is the exchange and pre-order return policy?

Refunds are possible for initial defects or change of mind within 7 days of receiving the reward. For change of mind, refunds are only available for unopened rewards.

4. Is it safe for sensitive skin, infants, or pregnant women to use?

Cerabalm Cream has completed both sensitive skin and skin irritation tests, and is free from 18 cautionary ingredients and allergy-inducing fragrances, making it suitable for use by the whole family, including infants and young children.
Cerabalm First Ampoule can be used on sensitive skin, but as a high-functionality cosmetic for whitening/wrinkle improvement, it is recommended to consult your specialist if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please note that it is not suitable for use by infants and young children.

5. Is it okay to use if I have oily skin?

Cerabalm Cream is suitable for all skin types. If you have oily skin, you can use a small amount and still feel the non-tightening effect. If you have very dry skin, apply your usual cream first and then finish with a small amount of Cerabalm Cream as a protective barrier for longer-lasting moisture.

For Cerabalm First Ampoule, if you have oily skin, we recommend using it alone for the first time, and if you still feel dryness after use, you can finish with a light cream.

6. How should I use it for the best results?

For Cerabalm Cream, it is better to use after prepping your skin with skin/toner rather than using it alone after cleansing, for a smoother application. If you use other skincare products, apply it at the cream step. At night, you may use a larger amount than in the morning.

It is recommended to use Cerabalm First Ampoule immediately after cleansing, and you can layer it as needed. If you feel any residue after cleansing, you may prep your skin again with skin/toner before applying the ampoule. Depending on your skin's dryness, you can use it alone or add other skincare products as needed.
- For very dry skin, finish with cream after using the ampoule.
- For oily skin, use the ampoule alone immediately after cleansing.
