Hello. We are BURSTHERS, preparing a project on Wadiz. Since the establishment of our company in 2016, we have been a small business loved by celebrities for seven years under various brands. We have developed and researched to showcase a variety of products to many people. Our principle or philosophy is "BASIC SPECIAL."

So, BURSTHERS has been thinking about what kind of glasses can truly contain our sincerity. We always wondered how we could offer good glasses to customers at an affordable price. Starting from that concern, we prepared this Wadiz project. We are very pleased to be able to approach our supporters with good products, good designs, and good prices through this Wadiz project.
The funds raised through this project will first be used for the production of reward products and package components, as well as for shipping and logistics. With your great support, we also plan to invest in the production costs of models planned for release in the first half of the year and in providing stable services beyond the products themselves. Q. Is it okay to wear the glasses without fitting?
A. The glasses are shipped after basic fitting. However, since head shapes vary from person to person, if you feel any discomfort, we recommend seeking help from a professional optician.
Q. How can I change the options or shipping information?
For changes to shipping information, please contact BURSTHERS (Customer Center 1522-1843) or contact the Maker.
Q. How is A/S (after-sales service) handled?
A. Within one year from the date of receiving the reward, service is free of charge; after that, it will be charged. However, even during the free period, if the product is damaged due to the supporterβs fault, we will inform you after checking photos and the actual product whether it will be charged or if A/S is not possible.
Q. Can the leg length be extended?
It can be extended through fitting, but only adjustable within a 0.2cm margin. If you want longer legs, please be sure to consult with the maker through the inquiry option. We will extend the legs as much as possible before shipping.
Q. Is it okay to store it in the car or wear it in a sauna?
Do not store any glasses or lenses in hot places such as saunas or inside cars! The lens coating may crack or the frame may become distorted. In such cases, the maker cannot be held responsible, so please store them in a cool place whenever possible.
