A/S Policy
- If there is a defect or fault upon receiving the reward, free A/S is available. (Shipping cost covered by the maker)
- For defects in performance or function that occur during normal use, free A/S is available for one year from the date of reward receipt. (Round-trip shipping cost covered by the supporter)
- Malfunctions caused by dropping, impact, damage, water exposure, or unauthorized disassembly after receiving the reward will be handled for a fee. (Round-trip shipping cost and additional charges)
Supporter Guide
