For our first funding on Wadiz,
two types of handmade glass pens were specially produced in small quantities,
inspired by Van Gogh’s colors of day and night.

The renowned Japanese stationery company, Delta,
has produced these glass pens that boast exceptional aesthetics and a smooth writing feel.
As each piece is handmade, production is limited,
and only a small number of sets are available.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this.
Due to their handcrafted nature, slight variations in pattern and detail
may occur from one pen to another.

By using the drawing sheets included in the Painter Expansion Pack —
which contains four types of paints and one type of ink —
you’ll feel ready to begin your new creative journey

The four paints are composed of a highlighter (bright tone), full color (medium tone), and shade (dark tone),
allowing for effective color layering and harmonious compositions within a single artwork.

The drawing sheets are A6-sized,
and each set includes three types of coloring sheets for both day and night —
two sheets each.
Additionally, two types of perspective practice sheets are printed double-
sided on one sheet,
allowing you to practice landscape drawing in perspective.
In total, each set contains seven drawing sheets.

Perspective Drawing Sheet (90 × 148 mm)

These drawing sheets are sized to fit A6 and passport-sized notebooks,
making them ideal for quick urban sketches or simple landscape drawings.
When placed beneath thin paper (90gsm or less),
they help you easily align perspective angles that can often be confusing.
Two types of perspective compositions — both frequently seen in Van Gogh’s landscapes —
are included on the sheet, allowing you to rotate and use them in various directions.

while pearl ink, with its shimmering glitter,
can be widely used for artwork with dip pens or brushes.
In addition, it can be applied directly without the need for dilution with water,
offering both convenience and rich expressive potential.

Purpose of the Wadiz Funding

This project began from our desire to share the beauty of color ink and pearlescent solid watercolor —
materials once cherished mainly by enthusiasts — with a wider audience.
We hope to show that even those new to journaling can easily discover their own colors
and create special records that reflect who they are.

Q. Can I participate in the funding from countries other than Korea?

A. Yes, you can.

Currently, you can participate in funding from the following regions:

Macau, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Austria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, India, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China (including the north), Taiwan, and Singapore.

In total, funding is available in 36 countries.

However, please note that if you are supporting from outside Korea,
customs duties and taxes may be incurred according to your local customs regulations.
In such cases, the supporter is responsible for these duties and taxes.

Q.  Is it not possible to fund the glass pen package from countries other than Korea?

A. Yes, that's correct.

Due to the risk of damage during international shipping,
the glass pen package is available only for supporters in Korea for this funding.
If the response from supporters is positive,
we will continue to monitor interest and consider making it available for global purchase in the future.

Q. .I participated in the funding from the United States, but the shipping company requested documents. What should I do?

A. Supporters residing in the United States are required to submit TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act) documents when contacted by FedEx during customs clearance.
