Hello! I am Ji-hyun Kwon, the person who makes Eungabi Vinegar.
I research traditional Korean cuisine and fermented foods at the foot of Palgong Mountain in Daegu, and I have been running my own restaurant for 10 years.
Just like the saying 'review the old and learn the new' about Korean food and fermentation, I learn new things by mastering the old.
Among them, 'vinegar' was especially special.

After receiving such sincere feedback from customers, I wanted to share the value of natural fermentation and healthy taste with more people.
I believe in the time of nature and the power of fermentation. Not processed vinegar made quickly, but real vinegar that is hand-crafted and fermented for at least 150 days and up to 360 days!
With only carefully selected 100% Korean green apples and saccharified water,
I make vinegar in its purest form, with no distilled alcohol, additives, or artificial flavors at all.

Eungabi Vinegar is a 'naturally fermented raw vinegar' made in small batches by hand. Unlike mass-produced vinegars in the existing distribution market, I wanted to meet supporters who could relate to the authenticity and honest philosophy of this product.
