Why are you proceeding with pre-order through Wadiz?

Hello. This is Yonghyun Kim, CEO of Adorelux. At Adorelux, we have been importing luxury living and fashion goods from Italy, Switzerland, the UK, and more for over 10 years. While distributing various products domestically, we have come to know many internationally recognized items.

In particular, we aim to introduce and promote British brands that offer high-quality products at reasonable prices through Wadiz.


How will the funding be used?

Due to the current international situation, importing overseas products and distributing them domestically has become very difficult. We plan to offer rewards at prices only available through this Wadiz pre-order to our supporters.


About the Reward

Reward shipping will be carried out according to the scheduled shipping date as much as possible.

If there is a defect in the reward or in case of a simple change of mind

Exchanges/refunds due to a simple change of mind by the supporter can be requested within 7 days from the date of reward delivery completion. (Return shipping cost is borne by the supporter) 


In the following cases, a refund due to a simple change of mind cannot be requested.

  1. If the reward is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the supporter
  2. If the value of the reward has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the supporter
  3. If the value of the reward has significantly decreased over time, making it difficult to resell

According to the Electronic Commerce Act, if the product content differs from what was indicated or advertised, or if it is performed differently from the contract, you may request an exchange/refund within 3 months from the date of receipt of the product, or within 30 days from the date you became aware or could have become aware of the issue.
