We launched in 2013, and for over 10 years, through various online and offline channels,

We have worked hard to make our products and ensured good quality. That is why we decided to launch this funding campaign to have our products validated and introduced to Wadiz supporters.

The funds raised for the product will be used primarily for research and development to create better products with superior efficacy, and we plan to invest in technologies we want to achieve but have not yet been able to realize.

Shipping fee information for remote areas

For Jeju Island and other remote island/mountain regions, no additional shipping fee will be charged.

Precautions

Storage instructions after receipt: Store at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
If a defect occurs after 7 days of use from receipt, please contact our customer service center.

- If a product defect is confirmed, we will process an exchange or refund.

- Warranty period: Within 30 days after receiving the product.

- In case of exchange due to reward defects, the maker will bear the cost.

- If the issue is not a defect in the reward or if it is a simple change of mind, the cost of exchange and return will be borne by the supporter.

(The reward package must not be opened or damaged, and the product value must remain intact.)

The following cases are not considered defects of the reward.

- During the drying process of moisture added in the fermentation and preparation stages, there may be slight differences in color or taste.As long as the moisture content is within the allowable range, it is considered normal, and after passing quality inspection before packaging, the product proceeds to packaging.There are no issues with quality.

- Due to the nature of food, it is difficult to expect immediate effects like professional pharmaceuticals, so differences in perceived efficacy due to individual differences are not recognized as defects in the reward.Such differences are not considered defects of the reward.

- Discontinuation of consumption due to the supporter's personal circumstances is not recognized as a defect in the reward.

- Reactions or adaptation processes due to constitution, habits, or environment are not considered defects of the reward.
