[Exchange and A/S Policy]
You can cancel your funding on the 'Funding History' page until the reward shipping information is registered, but cancellations are not possible after the deadline. Refunds are subject to Wadiz's refund policy. For product defects, exchanges, and A/S inquiries, please contact the maker or the A/S center below, and we will handle it promptly.

Cases Not Recognized as Reward Defects Outside the Refund Policy
- If part or all of the reward is lost/damaged/broken/contaminated/defaced due to the supporter’s fault.
- If a problem occurs due to the supporter’s misunderstanding of the product.
- If the packaging is crumpled or damaged during courier delivery.
A/S Policy for Defects Occurring During Use: If there is a defect in the product, it can be exchanged. However, issues related to engraving or scratches on the packaging are not grounds for a refund. According to the Electronic Commerce Act, if the product content differs from what was indicated or advertised, or if it is performed differently from the contract, you can request an exchange/refund within 3 months from the date of receipt or within 30 days from the date you became aware of the issue.

Policy: If a product is found to be defective during normal use, it will be replaced 1:1.
