Hello. We are S-Lab Company, an innerwear specialist that has been researching women's underwear for 20 years. We are truly delighted to introduce a new item to Wadiz supporters!
For all women, underwear is clothing that has been with them until now and will continue to be with them in the future. Especially since a woman's body undergoes various physical changes throughout her life, underwear is more important than anything else. Good underwear must perfectly meet all conditions: a design that understands women, details focused on comfort, fabric with a clear origin, and a trustworthy production factory.
S-Lab Company is an innerwear specialist that practices five conditions for good underwear.
First, we love the delicate sensitivity and independent cheerfulness of women.
Second, we balance optimized functionality and style.
Third, we diligently respond to the changing needs of consumers.
Fourth, we focus on our own design and production.
Fifth, our products are made by design experts and market leaders with top-level experience.
While preparing the 'Bra Panty' funding project, we held repeated meetings and created dozens of samples and fittings. Determined to achieve both comfort and bust line correction, which we had not realized before, we finally accomplished this through a year of preparation using exclusive molds and pre-cutting materials. With immense pride in our 'God-Perfect Bra,' we successfully completed the 2022 funding. Thanks to the great interest and love shown, as if our efforts were rewarded, we promised to further develop even better products.
# Reason for Joining Wadiz
S-Lab Company has continued its business based on accumulated consumer needs and data from many years of developing functional innerwear on home shopping channels. While working with large distributors, we felt limited in responding to rapidly changing trends and realizing new ideas, and that is when we discovered Wadiz, which is completely different from existing distribution channels.
To showcase our accumulated development ideas and designs to our supporters, we launched our first project in February 2021 and completed it successfully. Afterwards, we also carried out successful projects such as the God-Perfect Bra and Square Panty, receiving much support from our backers. Now, we will take another step forward as a more beloved maker by introducing even newer items to our supporters.
# Plan for Use of Funds
S-Lab Company will invest the funds to develop more creative and high-quality products and to produce products of excellent quality. We will continue to carry out projects to repay the many supporters who have supported us.

# Exchange and Refund
Exchanges and refunds due to product defects are possible within 30 days after receiving the reward and recognizing the defect. Returns due to a simple change of mind or size exchanges are available within 7 days after receiving the reward.
However, even within 7 days of receiving the reward, exchanges and refunds are limited if the product is damaged or broken due to carelessness during use or washing.
For product exchanges, the 'Exchange Request' window will be announced in the updates the day after the reward is shipped. If you submit your request through this window, returns and reshipments will be processed in order.
