For the past three years, I have created content by organizing one Chinese expression per day, one sentence at a time. In what format is the e-book provided? How do I download it?

A. The e-book is provided in PDF format and will be sent in bulk to the email address registered to your Wadiz account after the funding ends. You can save it directly via the download link included in the email, and pages with QR codes allow you to scan with your smartphone to listen to native speaker audio.

What are the difficulty levels of e-books 1 to 4? Can complete beginners use them?

A. Volume 1 contains 45 essential situational expressions suitable for beginners and intermediate learners,

Volume 2 offers 55 fixed formal expressions for intermediate learners and exam preparation,

Volume 3 features 90 practical speaking sentences for intermediate learners plus TSC templates,

Volume 4 includes 100 business expressions frequently used in Chinese companies and workplaces, suitable for beginners and intermediate learners.

Pinyin is provided for all sentences, but complete beginners may find it challenging. We recommend it for existing learners.

What content is included in the VOD lectures? What is the difficulty level of the lectures?

A. The VODs are 'study guide videos' of about 10 minutes each, quickly summarizing the key points of each e-book. They cover the recommended study order, ways to expand sentences, and additional expressions actually used by native Chinese speakers.

These aspects are explained briefly and without burden. The videos help you complete the e-books without feeling overwhelmed.

How does the writing correction (Expert Package) work?

A. After funding, you will be connected 1:1, and within one month, you can submit two pieces of writing, each about 100–120 characters, on any topic. We don't just correct mistakes; we revise your writing into more natural expressions and sentence structures actually used by native Chinese speakers.

Is a refund or exchange possible? (Regarding digital content)

A. Due to the nature of digital content, e-books, PDFs, and VODs are non-refundable after download. However, if there are issues such as file errors or missing transmissions, we will exchange or resend them at any time.
