Teicure wanted to be evaluated for the quality and completeness of the product itself, rather than through provocative advertising or flashy packaging.
That is why we decided to launch this project on Wadiz, where supporters who seriously consider ingredients, formulations, and user experience come together.

1. Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
- Yes. Teicure Panthenol Cure Balm has completed low-irritation testing for sensitive skin and is formulated exclusively with EWG Green–grade safe ingredients.
Ingredients that may cause irritation, such as fragrance, colorants, and alcohol, have been excluded, and only essential ingredients needed for skin barrier recovery and soothing have been carefully selected.
2. Why is 50,000 ppm of panthenol necessary?
- Panthenol is an ingredient that helps relieve inflammation in damaged skin and supports barrier recovery.
However, a sufficient concentration is important to deliver noticeable results.
The Cure Balm is formulated with 50,000 ppm, a concentration aligned with pharmaceutical standards, so the skin can respond effectively.
3. Won’t heavy, high-moisture creams clog pores?
- The Borneo tallow seed butter and lipid ingredients used in the Cure Balm have a structure similar to the skin’s barrier lipids, focusing on filling gaps in the barrier rather than creating excessive oiliness.
With fast absorption, it can be used comfortably even on oily or combination skin.
If it feels heavy due to being accustomed to lightweight lotion textures, applying a thin layer is enough to experience sufficient hydration.
4. How and when is it most effective to use?
- Gently apply right after cleansing, before the moisture on the skin completely dries, to lock hydration into the skin. On days when your skin feels sensitive, simplifying your routine and using only the Cure Balm is also recommended.
It can be used both morning and evening, and please reapply to particularly dry areas.
5. Can it be used together with other basic skincare products?
- Yes, it is possible. However, when your skin is sensitive, we recommend simplifying your routine by focusing on the Cure Balm rather than layering multiple products.
After your skin condition has recovered, please add toner or serum step by step.
6. What are the expiration date and period after opening?
- We recommend using it within 36 months from the manufacturing date and within 12 months after opening. Products shipped through Wadiz are prepared only with recently manufactured items.
7. Are exchanges and refunds available for Wadiz funding products?
- According to Wadiz policy, refunds due to a change of mind may be restricted.

• If you are located in Jeju or remote island/mountainous regions, please select the [Additional Shipping Fee] option in the reward options when funding.
