01. How should I store it?
A1. As it is sensitive to temperature and humidity, we do not recommend installing it in areas with high humidity.
Q2. How do I install the artwork?
A2. For easy installation, a wire or hook is attached to the back of the frame before shipping.
After installing a nail where you want, you can easily hang it!
Q3. What should I do if it gets damaged during delivery?
A3. We take special care in packaging to ensure that your precious artwork is delivered without damage.
We will pack and ship the artwork using custom boxes, foam sheets, and more to prevent any damage.If damage occurs during delivery, an exchange is possible.We are not responsible for damage caused by the supporter's negligence.
If damage occurs during delivery, A/S is available within 7 days from the delivery date. Please check for any damage immediately after receiving the artwork.
Q4. Are there things I should check before purchasing?
A4. You can cancel your funding on the 'Funding History' page until the reward shipping information is registered, but cancellation is not possible after the deadline. Please carefully review the refund policy in the 'Funding Guide' tab at the top of the page before funding. For pre-orders, simple change-of-mind refunds are possible in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act.
Q5. Additional shipping fee for islands and mountainous areas
- A5. For Jeju Island and other islands or mountainous regions, an additional shipping fee of 3,500 KRW will be charged. After the final project payment, we will contact the relevant supporters individually to provide the bank account information for direct deposit.
