Hello, we are Loop Studio, the makers.

At Loop Studio, we gather unexpected ideas,

This time, I am delighted to participate in a warm and sentimental project using my undergraduate major, 'Classical Chinese.'

Since this is our very first project, we wanted to start in a space where supporters who truly appreciate our products are present.

Q1. Can beginners do transcription?
A. Yes, you can. Each sentence has guiding lines (light gray) and pronunciation/meaning guides, making it easy to follow and learn. We recommend a daily routine of 10–15 minutes.

Q2. Which writing instruments work best?
A. Pencils, ballpoint pens, gel pens, sign pens, fountain pens, and brush pens have all been tested and can be used without major issues. We will announce brush pens that minimize show-through in our updates, so please refer to them.

Q3. Does ink bleed when using a fountain pen?
A. There were no issues with normal use of an M nib, but wet ink, broad nibs, or strong pressure may cause bleeding. Please allow time for the ink to dry before turning the page.

Q4. Can I use it with my child?
A. Yes, you can. However, for educational activities with children under 14, please use under parental supervision.

Q5. Can I copy/scan and distribute it?
A. Distribution, commercial use, and digital file sharing are prohibited. For bulk purchases for classes or groups, please contact us through 'Contact Maker' for guidance.

Q6. There are scratches on the cover or the edges are rough.
A. The cover is made of cardboard, so a certain level of roughness may occur. Also, minor scratches and frayed edges due to coating or cutting processes are within the normal range. If there are tears, major stains, or binding issues on the cover after inspection, we will exchange it as a defective product.

Q7. The print density is slightly different.
A. There may be slight differences in print density due to production timing, paper, or ink variations, and this is within the normal range. During inspection, if it significantly affects the readability or copying function, it will be treated as a defective product.

Q8. There is an ink smell.
A. It may be temporary right after production, but we use ink that is harmless to the human body. We recommend using it after ventilation.

Production process precautions

• Due to the nature of printing and binding, there may be minor ink dots, fine coating scratches, or slight fraying on the cut edges. These are considered normal within the manufacturing process.
• Even with the same options, slight differences in color and texture may occur depending on the production period or paper supply.

• Avoid direct sunlight, humidity, and high temperatures. Store in a flat place.
  
  

Exchange/Refund Policy

• For binding defects, large printing stains, missing or duplicate pages, wrong delivery, or missing components, please contact us within 7 days of receipt in unused and original package condition :)
• Exchanges or refunds are not possible for simple change of mind, signs of opening or use, handwriting or memo marks, contamination or damage due to careless storage, minor quality deviations within the normal range, loss of promotional or free gifts, or if more than 7 days have passed since receipt.

• Physical books are individually cushioned and delivered in a box.
