A1. Yes, the container is microwave safe.
However, the lid may deform at high temperatures, so please be sure to remove it before use.
Q2. Can I put it in the dishwasher or freezer?
A2. Yes, since it is made of BPA-free Tritan material, it is safe for both dishwashers and freezer storage.
However, after freezing, please use it only after thawing. Sudden temperature changes may cause damage.
Q3. I see scratches or bubbles on the surface. Is this a defect?
A3. No, this is a natural occurrence during the manufacturing process.
There is no problem with the product's performance or safety.
Q4. Can the dressing container be used without leaking?

Exchange/Refund and A/S Policy
- This A/S policy does not apply to initial defects that occur within 7 days of receiving the reward.
- Warranty Period: 6 months from the date of reward receipt
- A/S Policy: If there is a critical defect in the reward not previously announced after receipt, or if a product defect occurs during normal use, a 1:1 replacement with a new reward will be provided.
- Cases Where A/S Is Not Available: Even within the warranty period, if repair or use is impossible due to the user's intentional or negligent actions.
