Q: How safe is AI voice cloning for children?

A: Only approved family members can record voices. All voice data is encrypted with bank-level security, GDPR-compliant, and requires parental approval. Voices are never shared publicly or with third parties.

Q: Will my child really learn English from bedtime stories?

A: StoryBridge offers gentle, natural exposure—not intensive drilling. Stories are primarily Korean with English words woven in, allowing gradual vocabulary building during optimal learning time (pre-sleep). This complements formal education without pressure.

Q: Does StoryBridge require internet connection?

A: Core features work offline once stories are downloaded. Voice recording and new story generation require initial internet connection, but playback is offline-ready.

Q: What safety certifications will the bear have?

A: StoryBridge will complete KC (Korea Certification) testing before shipping, ensuring compliance with Korean child safety standards. Premium child-safe materials throughout.

Q: Can multiple family members record their voices?

A: Yes! Parents, grandparents, and approved family members can all record. Children can choose whose voice they want for each story.

Q: What happens to our voice data if we want to stop using StoryBridge?

A: You can delete all data at any time through the app. Once deleted, voice recordings are permanently removed from our servers—no questions asked.

Q: How long do voice recordings need to be for cloning?

A: Approximately 2-5 minutes of clear speech provides excellent results, although 30 minutes of voice recordings gives best results. Our app guides you through the simple recording process.

Q: Is the Beta App available in Korean?

A: Yes! The Beta App supports Korean interface and Korean-English bilingual story generation, specifically designed for Korean families.

A: We follow Wadiz Refund Policy

Q: Is there a Shipping Cost?

A: For the Bear with Speaker in February the shipping cost is free for South Korea, and there's a small fee for other countries (Germany, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore). But, due to Christmas season, the key rings have a small fee for delivery inside South Korea too (please check at the Rewards section).
