Maker Introduction

Hyunshil Lee | Spain Maker
I live in Alicante, Spain, and travel back and forth to an organic olive farm in Jaén.
I work alongside farmers in the field and witness the harvest moments firsthand.
I moved to Argentina at the age of six and experienced various cultures.
Now, I live in Alicante, Spain, with my Spanish husband and two sons.
For a long time, I have worked as an interpretation and translation expert connecting Spain and Korea.
I have handled various international projects, including LG Electronics' South American B2B market research interpretation and LG Spain VIP project,
as well as serving as a dedicated interpreter for the Hyundai women's volleyball team.
Before coming to Spain, I worked as an escort interpreter for the ambassador at the Embassy of Argentina in Korea,
gaining experience at intergovernmental meetings and international events.
Having connected people and cultures through 'language', I
now aim to deliver the honest touch of Spanish farmers and
the time of nature in Spain to Korea through 'olives'.
While visiting numerous farms, I met people who truly care for the land.
Among them, La Casona, located in the highlands of Jaén,
is a farm where sheep graze and enrich the soil,
and where there is a genuine effort to preserve a clean environment.
Around the farm, small wild animals like rabbits and squirrels play,
and even the endangered Iberian lynx (Lince Ibérico) can be found.
This is a place where the ecosystem has recovered so healthily that it can be revisited.
The reason we chose this oil is
Not simply because of its quality, but because of the stories of people, time, and beliefs contained within.
Now, together with La Casona Farm,
We directly manage the harvesting, extraction, and bottling processes of organic olive oil,
So that Korean consumers can experience the freshest scents and essence of Spain.
Seulgi Lim | Korean Maker
I have lived in Spain for 10 years, working in various fields such as import/export, sales management, and administration.
Among them, my time working as a consular secretary at the Honorary Consulate of Korea in Spain was a turning point in my life.
While planning and operating Spanish government training and Korea–Spain exchange programs,
I experienced administration, culture, and industry up close,
And through that time, I learned that Spain’s true strength lies not in efficiency,
But in the value of slowness created together by people and nature.
The product that best embodies this philosophy was olive oil.
At first, it started with the desire to find good oil that my family could trust and consume,
But after meeting the family farm La Casona in Jaén, Spain,
That desire turned into conviction.
La Casona’s oil goes beyond simple taste and quality,
It is the result of the essence of Spain’s nature, time, and the sincerity of its farmers.
I wanted to properly convey this value to Korea.
Maker Hyun-sil Lee and I became acquainted as seniors and juniors during our university days.
Based on the experiences we have each gained in our respective fields,
we are now working together as one team connecting Spain and Korea.
Maker Hyun-sil is in charge of local production and quality, while I handle operations and distribution in Korea,
and together we are creating every step of LoMáximo.
🌿 Our Promise Together
LoMáximo is not just a simple import brand.
As a collaborative partner connecting Spain and Korea,
we place sustainable agriculture, transparent production, and honest distribution at the core of our values.
A single drop of oil that began in the highlands of Jaén
is personally overseen through every step until it reaches Korean consumers,
and we take joint responsibility for quality and trust.
La Casona Farm cultivates olives with a philosophy of preserving the cycles of nature,
and maintaining clean soil and ecosystems.
We respect that philosophy and, together with honest producers in Spain,
we will grow into a model brand for valuable agriculture and sustainable distribution.
Why We Chose Wadiz
For us, this Wadiz funding is not just about selling a product.
It is a process of sharing our story and philosophy with our supporters.
Crowdfunding is both a 'beginning' and a 'journey together' for us.
We want to connect with supporters who resonate with our brand's values and grow that meaning together.
From the beginning, we aim to build a strong brand with those who truly understand our sincerity.
After the funding, we plan to expand the brand's growth stage based on that empathy and support.
We will expand domestic online distribution and prepare to enter the Japanese market,
and in the long term, through Oleotourism (olive farm experience programs),
we will enable consumers to directly experience the four seasons and the value of nature at the Lacasuna farm.
This Wadiz campaign is the starting point of that journey.
We want to share the value of nature in everyday life together with our supporters.
