Hello, I am the CEO of Yonggung Kalguksu. Yonggung Kalguksu began with the desire to make our traditional, fresh, and humble kalguksu noodles using grains from our own soil instead of imported wheat flour.
We strived to create noodles without any added starch, flour, gluten, or preservatives, and after hundreds of experiments, we discovered the golden ratio of five grains: Jangdan soybeans + barley + brown rice + oats + sanghwang mushrooms. Healthy yet chewy, the miracle noodles.Patent No. 10-2000908 were completed.
No more unhealthy food just because it's tasty, or tasteless food just because it's healthy! Paju Jangdan Soybean Noodles are more than just a simple noodle dish. They are our small gift for everyone who cares about their family's health.
The reason we came to Wadiz
Through our previous Wadiz funding, so many people experienced Yonggung Kalguksu. With gratitude in our hearts, this time, with a more diverse lineup, we have returned.In addition to the three types of Zero Noodles (Kalguksu, medium, and thin noodles), we are also introducing Yonggung Kalguksu andPerilla Oil Makguksu, Bibim Makguksu Meal Kit as new offerings. We have come back more complete so you can enjoy healthy meals all year round. We will help complete your healthy dining table. Thank you.
