The disappointing effects of solid shampoo bars, the inconvenient use, the sticky soap water...Couldn't we make the inconvenient and unsatisfying solid shampoo bar a little more fun and easier to use?Olgo started from this very question.We developed a shampoo stick with an innovative refill system.
From sketching to 3D mockup development and mold making, each step was tested, and the container was made with 100% recycled plastic. It was not easy to repeatedly modify the container and shampoo product molds dozens of times to make them refillable.
Thanks to these efforts, the Olgo Stick has received patents, design registration, and even won the Good Design Silver Award.

After studying biotechnology and dermatology, I spent 20 years in research and marketing at global beauty and household goods companies.
Is something safe today but problematic tomorrow? Is shareholder value always prioritized over sustainability? The truth and falsehood of premium products? Based on what I have learned, questioned, pondered, and resolved, I launched Olgo—a brand that remains true not just today but also tomorrow! A brand that is honest to me, to us, and to the environment around us. We started this funding to give Wadiz customers the opportunity to protect the environment together with a sincere brand.- CEO Kang Sunmyung

After studying biotechnology and food engineering, I worked in quality control at a food company. I am also the spouse of CEO Kang Sunmyung and the father of three children. Many things changed after having kids, and although there are tough moments, the joy of being able to laugh thanks to my children has grown even greater.
