Q. What is the exchange and refund policy?
The leather used in our products is 'full-grain' leather, which means the surface of the cowhide is barely sanded. Therefore, it is highly durable and has strong color, but natural scratches may be present on the leather itself. This is a characteristic of the leather and should not be considered a defect. The weekender bag is designed so that both sides fold down, which naturally creates wrinkles where the leather bends. Also, wrinkles on the bag handle are natural as they occur where the handle is bent or folded. These are inherent characteristics of the leather. We will do our best to use parts with minimal scratches to ensure the best quality. Q. Is after-sales service (AS) available?
A. Yes, it is available. However, in cases of severe damage such as tearing of the main body, it is not possible. For such cases, please contact us at the main phone number at any time. For completely damaged metal parts, a separate AS fee may be charged for reordering.
Q. What is the shipping schedule?
A. If the supply of raw materials and production speed up, you may receive your product sooner. Due to the nature of leather, the loss rate is very high. As we inspect to ensure the best quality, the production period may take some time. We want to deliver quickly, but we do not want to compromise on quality. We will reward your trust and patience with a great product. If the number of orders increases, the shipping schedule may change, but we will notify you immediately to minimize any inconvenience to our supporters.
Q. Can it be worn as a crossbody bag?
A. For the standard size, the proper way is to release the fixed bands on both sides so that the folded parts come up. However, it is also possible to wear it with the bands fixed.
For the mini size, you can attach the hook to the inside of the handle to wear it.
Q. What is the exchange/refund/AS policy?
A. Until the reward shipping information is registered it can be canceled on the 'Refund Policy' page, but cancellations are not possible after the deadline. Please carefully check the exchange/refund/AS policy in the 'Refund Policy' tab at the top of the page before making a reservation purchase. Additionally, if the issue is not a defect in the reward, please refer to the information below.

Due to the nature of the reward, the following items may occur, but these are not considered defects or faults. Please keep this in mind when funding.
- Due to the nature of natural leather, there may be scratches, spots, and wrinkles. Scars or wrinkles on the cow will also appear on the leather. However, if it significantly affects the appearance, it will be considered defective. Here are the criteria.
- Leather scratches: If scratches of 20cm or more occur on the front or back of the bag.
- Leather spots: If spots cover more than 10% of the front or back area of the bag.
- Leather wrinkles: Wrinkles at the starting point of the bag handle and at the folding parts on both sides are natural wrinkles that occur during the manufacturing process. Excluding these areas, if there are consistently more than 10 wrinkles on the front or back of the bag.
Q. After funding, how can I change the option/shipping address/card information?
