Maison Objet is a domestic kitchenware brand located in Mokpo, Jeollanam-do. Based on ceramic manufacturing, we are expanding into various kitchenware categories, and the Ciel Parvé cutlery is one of our best tableware items, loved by many customers.

Maison Objet not only manufactures directly but also operates with its own design and distribution network, offering a variety of products to customers at honest and reasonable prices. Refunds and Exchanges (A/S)

- Warranty period: Within 2 weeks from the date of reward receipt.

- A/S policy:
* If the reward is defective or faulty upon receipt, free A/S is available.
* For exchanges or returns due to incorrect orders or simple change of mind (such as color or design changes), the supporter is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

- Exchanges/returns are possible only for unused products within 2 weeks from the date of reward receipt.

Cases not considered reward defects

There may be a difference of about 1–2 cm in actual size depending on the measurement method.
As the product includes handmade processes, there may be a size difference of about 1–3 mm for each item.

All stainless steel products use polish for shine. Please make sure to wash before use.

Do not expose directly to fire.
Scratches, differences in gloss, and shape inconsistencies that occur during the manufacturing process are normal and cannot be exchanged or returned for free.
