Exchange / Return / A/S Information
Although the product is shipped after strict quality control, if any defects or damages are found upon receipt, please contact us via Wadiz message within 7 days of receipt, and we will send you an exchange or replacement parts.
Returns due to a simple change of mind can be requested within 7 days of receipt. However, exchanges/returns may not be possible in the following cases.
- If the value of the product is damaged due to use
- If resale is difficult due to contamination or damage
- In case of missing components (dust bag, extra cushion, etc.)
- Exchange/refund is not possible.
For initial defects found immediately upon receipt, if reported within 7 days, we will send you an exchange or replacement parts.
