Since first introducing the American Elpeco smart trash can brand on Wadiz, we have been running funding campaigns for many brand products such as the Elpeco Facade Trash Can and the Elpeco Auto-Sealing Trash Can.

Refunds are subject to Wadiz's refund policy. For product defects, exchanges, and A/S inquiries, please contact the maker or the A/S center below, and we will handle your request promptly.

A/S policy for defects occurring during use
If the product is defective, it can be exchanged. However, issues such as packaging or scratches are not grounds for a refund.
Within 30 days from the reward receipt date, the Wadiz refund policy takes precedence for initial defects.
