Exchange, Refund, and A/S Policy

1) Warranty period: 1 year from the date of reward receipt

2) A/S policy: 1:1 replacement for defects occurring during use, not for initial defects upon receipt

3) Cases where A/S is not available: Even within the warranty period, if repair or restoration is impossible due to the user's intentional or negligent actions

4) How to request A/S: Please submit your request with detailed information about the defect to the contact below, and it will be processed after accurate verification.
