Packaging method: Each item is packed in a premium individual dust bag and placed in a carton box. A dedicated hanger for The Remu leather and mustang outerwear is also provided.

You can cancel your funding on the 'Funding Details' page until the project closes, but cancellations are not possible after the deadline. Refunds are subject to Wadiz's funding refund policy.
For product defects, exchanges, and A/S inquiries, please contact the maker or the A/S service center below.
If you contact us, we will handle it promptly.
A/S policy for defects occurring during use.
If the product is defective, it can be exchanged. However, issues such as scratches on the packaging are not grounds for a refund. Within 14 days of receiving the reward, Wadiz's funding refund policy takes precedence for initial defects.
Warranty period: If a defect occurs within 14 days after receipt during normal use.
Policy: If a defect occurs during normal use, a 1:1 exchange will be provided.
Cases where A/S is not available.
If part or all of the reward is damaged/contaminated/destroyed due to the supporterโs fault.
Simple change of mind by the supporter.
If the item is returned arbitrarily without following the exchange procedure through the maker.
