Q1. How long is the usage time on a full charge?

With a single full charge, it can be used continuously for up to 50 minutes.

Q2. Can the filter be washed with water?

Both the stainless mesh filter and HEPA filter can be easily separated, allowing for hygienic maintenance after washing with water.

Q3. How long is the A/S warranty period?

The product comes with a 1-year free warranty, and the BLDC main motor is provided with 5 years of free A/S.

Q4. The suction power has weakened.

If the filter or dustbin is clogged, suction power may decrease.

After separating, please wash, dry completely, and reassemble.

Q5. The Clean Station (stand) is not working.

Please check if the contact points between the main unit and the Clean Station are properly aligned,

and if the power plug is properly connected.

Q6. Dust is not being sucked up well.

If the brush or suction inlet is clogged, suction may not work properly.
