The background behind preparing this project

When a work enters someone's daily lifeThe sensation of starting a day Changing it,
That was the strongest desire I felt while making art.

Not a painting that ends only in a gallery,
But on a desk, under morning light, among the scent of coffee,
I wanted to create a 'work you can keep looking at.'

So this year, the first edition of my painting series Bloom
A project to expand it into a lifestyle objectBLOOM/1 Has begun.

The mug presented in this project is not just a simple mug,
But 100 pieces of original artwork It is.
Each product is individually numbered, and I personally signed the bottom.
Completed in a form that crosses the boundary between 'use' and 'collection',
This is my first official art object.

This BLOOM/1 Limited Project contains this story.

The core elements of the work,Hand-drawn flower illustrations are
perfectly recreated with safe colors that withstand high-temperature firing.

and each number is handwritten.
This number will never be reissued,

Hello, supporters.

I am Artsy, a Naver People Information registered artist, Jeong Yeon Kim.

I am an artist who continues painting, drawing, and object work through various exhibitions.
Starting this year, based on my signature series,Bloom
I have been steadily expanding the โ€œArt in Everyday Lifeโ€ project.

In the mug production process, I did not simply provide the design,
but also personally adjusted the font color arrangement, thickness, shape distortion, and light reflection,
approaching it as if completing a single canvas artwork.
The handwritten signature on the bottom of each mug
was written with the same pen pressure I use in my paintings.

This BLOOM/1 project
is my first official edition object,
and the starting point of the upcoming Bloom object series.
I want to share this beginning with you, the supporters.

Why did I choose to debut on Wadiz?

For me, BLOOM/1 is not just a product launch,
The first 'official limited objet' record as an artist. It is.
An art objet.
Whether you are meeting it for the first time or have been following for a long time,
I wanted to find a space where everyone could participate and connect at the same time.
