Q1.Which devices can I connect and use it with?
The basic keyboard layout is the same as Windows/Mac, but you can switch modes with the toggle button to change to a Windows/Mac OS environment. Therefore, it can be used with devices that support wired connections, such as MacBook, various global laptop brands, and desktops. Of course, it can also be connected to tablets or smartphones via Bluetooth.
Q2.Which connection modes are supported?
The NODE series supports Bluetooth, 2.4g dongle, and wired modes. Therefore, users can freely enjoy keyboard typing by selecting the connection mode that suits their environment.
Q3.Is a separate key mapping program provided?
The NODE series uses the exclusive NUPHY IO web dashboard. Therefore, without any separate installation, you can access NUPHY IO via a web browser and use various key mapping functions, macros, firmware updates, and more. The web dashboard can be accessed through the provided link.https://nuphy.io/
Q4. A/SWhat is the policy?
We offer a 12-month free repair service for issues caused by product defects. For more details, please refer to the A/S policy at the bottom of the FAQ.

Pre-order FAQ
Q1.Is there an additional shipping fee for Jeju Island/remote island areas?
There is no additional shipping fee for Jeju Island or remote island areas. However, if you return the product due to a simple change of mind after delivery (refer to the return guide below), the basic shipping cost and the additional round-trip shipping fee for Jeju Island/remote island areas will be charged separately.
Q2.How can I change the option/shipping address/credit card information after pre-ordering?
You can modify your information on the 'Order Details' page until the pre-order deadline. After the pre-order deadline, if you need to change the shipping address due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us through 'Contact the Maker' on the same page.
Q3.What is the exchange/refund policy?
1) Exchange: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer center within 7 days of receipt. After confirming the product issue, we will proceed with a free exchange if necessary.
2) Refund: Refunds are processed in accordance with the 'Wadiz Pre-order Refund Policy.' You can request a pre-order return on the Wadiz 'Order Details' page before the shipping information is registered, and you may request a simple pre-order return within 7 days of receiving the product. (For simple returns, round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the supporter,Simple returns are only accepted for products that are unopened.)

Product Notes and A/S Policy
1)Cases that are not considered product defects
Due to the nature of the product, the following items may occur and are not considered defects or faults.
- Accessories (cables, switches, keycaps, removers, pads, etc.) that are not the main product are considered separate components.
- For issues related to devices used together, not the main product itself, please contact the manufacturer of the respective device.
- Minor scratches or damage to the package box or packaging may occur during product packaging or shipping, and this does not constitute a product defect.
- An adaptation period may be required for mechanical keyboards or mechanical switches. Inability to adapt is not considered a product defect.

2)Product A/S Policy
- Warranty period: 12 months from the date of receipt.
- A/S regulations: For defects occurring during use, not initial defects after receipt, paid or free A/S will be applied depending on user negligence.

* If a defect occurs within the warranty period (However, if malfunction occurs due to the supporterโs mishandling or unauthorized modification and repair, free service will not be provided even within the warranty period.)
[Paid Repair]
* If the product is dropped or damaged due to impact, resulting in breakage or malfunction.
* If malfunction occurs due to incorrect voltage usage.
* If malfunction occurs due to unauthorized repair or modification.
* If malfunction occurs due to the insertion of foreign substances other than the materials used in the product.
* If consumable parts that wear out normally during use are replaced.
* If the issue is caused by external factors, not a defect in the product.
- Cases where A/S is not possible: Even within the warranty period, if repair and restoration are impossible due to the user's intentional act or negligence.
- How to request A/S: Please submit your request with specific details of the defect through the contact information below, and we will assist you after confirmation.
