Q. After replacing the filter, black water appears.
A. This may occur as activated carbon rubs off in the water, but the integrated filter applied to the Pet Water Mini is designed to minimize activated carbon particles. If you notice a lot of black activated carbon particles even with the integrated filter, please contact customer service.

Q. I installed it, but the red lamp on the cradle is on and no water comes out.
A. Please check if the cradle is not upside down. If the cradle is installed upside down, it cannot recognize the wireless motor. The side with five anti-slip silicone pads is the bottom.

Q. The water stream has weakened.
A. Remove the pre-filter and clean the sponge, then clean the mesh filter. If foreign substances accumulate in the pre-filter or air is trapped, the water stream may weaken or water may not rise. There is no problem with the motor's performance.

Q. How often should I change the water?
A. The frequency of water changes depends on the number of pets and the level of contamination in the environment. Daily replacement is recommended, but generally, it is common to clean the fountain and change the water every 2 to 3 days.

A. For Pet Water Mini and Pet Water, you must use the dedicated adapter provided by IOTech. Using other adapters may cause malfunction or may not work at all.
