Shipping Information

Shipping Method:

An email with course registration instructions will be sent to the email address you provided when signing up for Wadiz. You can access the lectures for one year (~2027.01.31) from the time you register your coupon on the Maso Campus website.

However, the coupon registration period is three months from the coupon issue date, so please complete your registration within this period. (Maximum daily dispatch: 200)

After the project ends, you will be notified via the individual email you provided when signing up for Wadiz. After the final payment, we will sequentially guide you through course registration and coupon usage via email. Please refer to the updates for detailed schedules.

Exchange/AS Policy

-Within 14 days of receiving the reward, the Wadiz refund policy takes precedence, and refunds are difficult after 14 days during the exchange and AS process. After 14 days from receipt, exchanges and refunds are not possible for damage, breakage, or defects. Refunds are not possible if you download lecture materials provided with the course.

-A/S and Exchange Policy: If the lecture coupon does not apply due to an error, it will be resent (Resending guarantee period: until the coupon registration deadline).

A. This voucher is a gift (reward) that allows you to access online lectures at a special price for 12 months. Detailed viewing instructions will be provided to each supporter individually.

Q4. Is it possible to transfer the voucher to someone else?

A. You can transfer the voucher to another person only before it is registered, and it will be processed through individual inquiry (cs@masocampus.com).
