glue marks, grommet marks, etc. are not product defects.

4. Because the bag is in a gray color family, differences in lighting or monitor resolution
may result in slight color differences and texture variations

1. Exchange/Pre-order Payment Refund Policy

Please specify the refund period for defects as [30 days].

For refunds due to a change of mind, requests can be made within 7 days after receiving the reward.

4. Non-Refundable Policy for A/S and Pre-Order Payments

Loose threads or the presence of lint are not considered product defects.

Marks from the sewing machine’s feed dogs that occur during the sewing process
are generated during manufacturing due to the characteristics of the fabric
and are a natural occurrence.This is not considered a defect.

Slight variations may occur during the sewing and manufacturing process
and may occur.

Due to monitor characteristics and the shooting environment (weather, sunlight, etc.), there may be slight differences between the on-screen color and the actual product color.

Damage to the packaging box during shipping does not qualify as a reason for a preorder payment refund.

Products that have been opened or installed are not eligible for a preorder payment refund.
