Cancellation Policy
[Customers with Designated Stay Dates]
- 100% refund available for cancellation/refund requests made by January 5, 2026 (Monday).
※ However, even if the cancellation request is made before January 5, 2026 (Mon), cancellation/refund is only possible up to 8 days before the check-in date. If you request cancellation/refund from 7 days before the check-in date to the day of check-in, a refund is not possible (100% penalty). - If you request cancellation/refund after January 6, 2026 (Tue), a refund is not possible (100% penalty).
- Change policy: The check-in date & other changes (such as guest name) can each be changed once up to 8 days before the check-in date.
※ However, after a change request, cancellation/refund is not possible.
※ If the requested change date is fully booked, changes may be restricted.
