Our automatic folding umbrella is made by individually contacting the fabric supplier (A), rib supplier (B), shaft and final assembly supplier (C), and handle manufacturer (D). This allows us to reduce costs and provide higher quality materials at the same price. In addition, since companies A, B, C, and D do not know each other, and the final assembly company C has an exclusive supply contract, it is difficult for copy products of I'M LIGHT long umbrellas to appear on the market.

■ Shipping Information

- For remote islands/Jeju areas, an additional 3,000 KRW will be charged upon actual delivery. (※ Please make sure to select the remote area shipping reward.)

Q1. What should I do if I want to place an additional pre-order after the pre-order period ends?

If you are highly satisfied with our product after the pre-order ends and wish to place an additional pre-order, we would like to thank you first! After the reward has been delivered and the 7-day pre-order refund period has passed, you can purchase the product through our official 'Suntique' website. Alternatively, you can email us or call our customer center for detailed guidance. However, please note that the early bird price benefit is only available during the Wadiz pre-order period and cannot be found elsewhere, so don't miss this opportunity.

Q2. What is the policy for exchanges, preorder refunds, and after-sales service?

A. Until reward shipping information is registered You can cancel your preorder on the 'Preorder History' page, but once the reward shipping information is registered, cancellation is not possible. In case of exchange due to a reward defect, it is possible within 30 days from the date of receipt, and all costs incurred will be covered by the maker. If the product is damaged due to the supporter’s negligence and not a product defect, a paid exchange will be provided according to Wadiz’s preorder refund policy.

■ Reward After-Sales Service Policy

For initial defects occurring within 30 days of receiving the reward, the preorder refund policy will be applied first. For supporters who prefer an exchange instead of a refund, a 1:1 replacement will be provided. (Please note that if more than 7 days have passed during the replacement process, a preorder refund will not be possible.)
-A/S period: Exchange is possible for product defects occurring between 7 and 30 days after receiving the reward.
-Cases where A/S is not available: If the defect is due to the user's intentional or negligent actions.

★ After using the umbrella, please open it and let it dry thoroughly. If you fold it without drying, moisture can accumulate in the umbrella fabric and be absorbed. If this is repeated over a long period, it may negatively affect the water repellency and waterproofing, so please keep this in mind.

Hello, I am Myunghyun Kim, the maker of Rainworks I'M LIGHT and a normalist.
Did you know that umbrellas are one of the most difficult items to recycle? Because recycling is complicated, 100,000 umbrellas are discarded every year (enough to build one Eiffel Tower).

There are several advantages to making umbrellas with 'carbon' material.

Excellent corrosion resistance (rust/protection)

We aim to make long-lasting umbrellas using carbon material. We believe this helps reduce the large amount of umbrella waste and contributes to the resource circulation of essential umbrellas in daily life.

1. Please use our umbrella cover with a shoulder strap instead of a plastic umbrella cover.
(Environmental pollution caused by plastic cannot be ignored either.)
2. Repair broken umbrellas. We also provide after-sales service, but each local government’s umbrella repair center can also repair them for free. (Umbrellas that are difficult to repair can be donated to be reused as repair materials.)

3. When you absolutely have to throw away an umbrella, you should disassemble the plastic, metal, and umbrella fabric before disposal. If that's too difficult, please at least remove the umbrella fabric. (If you just cut the thread knots, it can be disassembled more easily than you might think.)
