Hello, this is MODU MakerLee Sang-hyuk.

In July two years ago, a college friend who had suffered from wrist pain since undergraduate days
I heard that you eventually had to undergo nerve surgery.

It didn't feel like someone else's story.
I was also experiencing unexplained pain in my wrist.
So I visited an orthopedic clinic just in case, and was diagnosed with a related condition.

From that day on, I started to improve my surroundings.
Since quitting work wasn't an option, I started by changing the keyboard and mouse I use every day.

The problem was the keyboard.

It wasn't difficult to find an ergonomic mouse.
There were already many well-known products, and they were easy to find in Korea.

But the keyboard was different.

Ergonomic keyboards designed for Western handswere too large or had wide spacing, making them uncomfortable and,
products that emphasized portabilityhad important keys omitted which reduced work efficiency.

I went through countless keyboards like that,but there was no 'best' fit for my hands anywhere.

Since I had experience studying product design,
I started a DIY project with the determination, 'If I want something that fits my hands, I'll make it myself.'

As a result of investing several long months,
I finally created a keyboard that fits my hands, but...

This was not a problem unique to me.

My colleague, who has suffered the same pain since student days.
