After the pre-order ends, production will begin immediately according to your selected size,so,

Shoe Care & Precautions
- Washing/Cleaning: Do not wash with water or submerge. In case of contamination, gently wipe with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. For severe stains, professional cleaning is recommended.
- Contamination/Color Transfer: Be careful of color transfer caused by friction with dark-colored clothing or bags.
- Heat/Storage: Avoid high temperatures, direct sunlight, and humid environments. Store in a cool, well-ventilated place. For long-term storage, use a dehumidifier. (PU may peel or discolor due to hydrolysis if exposed to moisture for a long time.)
- Chemicals: Do not use solvents such as alcohol, acetone, thinner, bleach, or strong detergents.
- Production Characteristics: HATSUNE MIKU x NORI shoes are handmade throughout the entire process. Due to the nature of the process, there may be slight wrinkles, bonding marks, or minor scratches, which are not considered product defects.
- Wearing Comfort: Even with the same size, the fit may vary for each individual depending on foot shape, wearing habits, and shoe design.
