Development Background
The moment we turned on the air conditioner, the whole family started coughing.
Our family has always suffered from rhinitis and allergies. In spring, we closed the windows, and in summer, we relied on the air conditioner. But every time we turned it on, a musty smell filled the air and the coughing began.
It turned out that mold spores and bacteria breeding inside the air conditioner were coming directly into our lungs through the vents. The air conditioner was not a place to rest, but rather a place that made us sicker.
We tried changing the air freshener. Nothing changed. Over time, the scent mixed with the moldy smell, causing headaches instead. That was when I realized.
