Hello. This is Team Pwhi, returning with a new product just nine months after launching the Cool Tone Pack last July. Contrary to our determination to quickly launch a second project, it took a very long time to release this new product. The main reason for the delay was,

It took us a long time to uphold our three development principles.
Dear supporters, Pwhi does not release ineffective products.

If Not a Reward Defect
- When you first receive the product, the cap and logo on the container may not be perfectly centered. This may occur due to the sealing sheet attached to the product. After removing the sealing sheet, if you readjust the cap, the logo and center will naturally align.
Such occurrences do not affect the function or quality of the product and are considered a simple appearance issue, which is not a valid reason for a refund. We ask for your understanding. Minor scratches and fine powder may occur on the container's exterior during the reward production, packaging, and shipping process, and these are not considered reward defects.
- This product contains pads infused with vitamin ingredients and pumpkin extract, which naturally gives the contents a yellow tint. Due to this characteristic, it may cause staining if it comes into contact with light-colored clothing, especially white clothes, so please use with caution.
- All costs incurred for exchanges due to product defects will be covered by the maker. Exchanges are not possible for products damaged due to supporter negligence or for used products.ย
