2. For exchanges due to defects in the reward product itself, the maker will cover the shipping cost.

3. The collection for reward returns and exchanges will be handled directly by our headquarters. (CJ Logistics)

- If you send by other couriers with unpaid shipping, the supporter must bear the full shipping cost.
