In the following cases, returns of funding are not possible as they do not qualify as defects. As products are made from injection-molded materials, scratches may occur. Minor scratches or reasons that are difficult to verify are not recognized as defects for exchange/return. Color differences due to monitor quality are not considered defects for exchange/return. Due to the manufacturing process, a margin of error of 1-2 cm may occur in product design.


"Funding Return and A/S Guide"


We provide free A/S for three years from the date of reward receipt, and the maker covers all costs for A/S due to manufacturing defects. However, returns are not possible for product or packaging damage caused by the supporter, or for simple change of mind after use.
