Q. I feel a stinging sensation when I apply the product. Is this normal?
A. The high concentration of whitening ingredients may cause a temporary stinging sensation as they work on your skin. This is a natural reaction, so you can use the product with confidence. However, if you have sensitive skin, we recommend starting with a small amount 2-3 times a week and gradually increasing the frequency and amount.
Q. The formula is yellow in color. Is this normal?
A. Yes, the product appears yellow due to the unique color of the whitening active ingredients. Also, because of the nature of vitamin C, the color may change when exposed to sunlight after use, but this does not affect the product's effectiveness, so you can use it with confidence.
Q. This is a body product. Is it okay to use it on my face?
A. Yes, you can use it on your face. However, since it contains a high concentration of whitening ingredients, we recommend testing it on a small area such as your cheek or under your jaw if you have sensitive skin.
