but we will do our best to address any visible defects shown in the photos.

For issues caused by abnormal weather or during delivery,
please take a photo of the affected part and contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

[Exchange/Refund Policy]

Delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable weather events such as typhoons or floods, and compensation or refunds for delays are not possible.
