Flame tunnel-style direct grilling
The sweet potatoes are roasted as they pass through a 7-meter flame tunnel for a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Along the way, a total of three burners roast the sweet potatoes.
Each section is roasted with different temperatures and humidity, not all the same.It is important to set the most appropriate temperature and humidity each time they are roasted, and this standard was established through years of research!
Bulroguma is made through such a meticulous process.
After roasting, the sweet potatoes are cut to a uniform size and then go through a drying process. The drying process is also extremely important, so we put tremendous effort into finding the right drying temperature and time.

Several years ago, I tasted roasted sweet potatoes while traveling abroad. I was amazed at how such delicious roasted sweet potatoes could be made. I became ambitious. I wanted to roast the sweet potatoes, a specialty of my hometown Haenam in Jeollanam-do, just as deliciously.As a result, after years of effort, we invented a gas flame tunnel-style direct grilling machine, not the common electric oven method used in Korea, and were able to recreate the taste of the roasted sweet potatoes I had abroad.
