When connecting Switle to a Dyson vacuum cleaner, a separate connection valve is required. Therefore, if you are a supporter with a Dyson participating in the funding, the connection valve will be provided together. (The same connection valve is provided for the Xiaomi V9 Dreame model.)

Dyson vacuum cleaners can be connected to Switle, but you may experience inconvenience as you have to keep pressing the trigger button. Therefore, if you are a supporter with a Dyson participating in the funding, a dedicated Dyson power button will be provided together. (The same power button is compatible with the Xiaomi V9 Dreame model.)

Switle is a product that received much attention and love from supporters, having successfully raised about 160 million KRW on Wadiz. With the recent increase in fine dust, the importance of indoor hygiene management has grown, and especially during the spring cleaning season, the need for mattress and fabric cleaning is also increasing.

Q. Is it rechargeable?

A. No. Switle is a product without a separate power cord or electrical circuit in the main body, and operates using the suction power of the vacuum cleaner connected to it.

Q. Which vacuum cleaners can be used with it?

A. For products with an inner diameter of the connection part27mm or more and 42mm or less(which applies to most corded household vacuum cleaners),with suction power of 150AW or more, it is most suitable for canister-type vacuum cleaners.

According to test results, Dyson products can also be used. However, for some cordless vacuum cleaners, the suction power may be relatively weak, so while it can handle pet waste or liquids, it may not completely remove oily ramen broth or strongly colored sauces without detergent. Please keep this in mind when funding.

※Cannot be used with stick, handheld, or robot vacuum cleaners. Some products may not be compatible.

Q. Will water enter the main body of the vacuum cleaner?

A. It is designed with a reverse injection turbo fan device and a backflow prevention valve structure to prevent wastewater from entering,so water will not enter the main body during normal use. However, if you use it beyond the FULL line of the wastewater tank, use it while tilting the main body, or use a detergent that produces a lot of foam, water may leak. Please be sure to check the manual before use.

Q.Can I use hot water?

A. Use water below 40℃. Using warm water is recommended. It helps with removing stains.
However, do not use hot water above 40℃ as it may cause burns.

Q. Are there any materials or substances that should not be used?

A. Materials sensitive to water(e.g., silk, acetate, rayon, cupra, fur, leather products, wearable items, solid wood furniture, dyed fabrics, lacquered products, silk wallpaper, etc.) should be avoided.

Also, never inhale powders, sand, gravel, glass shards, knives, or other sharp objects.

Q. How do I clean and maintain the product?

A.  Both the tank and the lid can be washed. If there are heavy stains, wash with a neutral detergent and rinse thoroughly with clean water. At this time,chlorine bleach, benzene, thinner, and otherchemical products are prohibited.
After cleaning, dry thoroughly and store separately from the vacuum cleaner. If moisture remains, it may cause mold or unpleasant odors.
