| Shipping Information
1. Shipping Schedule Information
- Funding period: March 30, 2026 ~ April 10, 2026
- Payment processing: April 11, 2026 ~ April 12, 2026 (automatic payment)
- Shipping start date: From Monday, April 13, 2026, shipments will be inspected and sent sequentially to supporters whose payments have been completed.
- We will make thorough preparations with our logistics partners so that you can receive your rewards as quickly as possible after the funding ends.
2. Delivery Process That Maintains Freshness
- Thorough frozen delivery: As temperatures rise, we carefully package products using [styrofoam box + plastic wrap + sufficient ice packs] to maintain freshness.
- Professional logistics system: We monitor the entire delivery process through a 3PL logistics company to ensure your products arrive at your table as safely as possible.
- Real-time tracking notification: Once shipping begins, you can check your tracking number via the Wadiz app notification or KakaoTalk notification.
3. Supporters, please make sure to check!
- Address change: You can only modify your shipping address until 23:59 on April 10, the end date of the funding. After that, shipping preparations begin immediately, so please check in advance as changes may not be possible.
- Store immediately after receipt: Once you receive the product, please check the contents right away and store them in a freezer at -18°C or below.
- Delivery to remote areas: For Jeju and other remote island regions, additional shipping fees may apply or delivery may take 1–2 days longer depending on the delivery environment. We ask for your understanding.

WiseOn takes responsibility until the product arrives at your door. If any issues are found after receiving the product, we will assist you promptly according to the procedure below.
- Customer service: Wadiz 'Contact the Maker' or the customer center number listed at the bottom of the detailed page.
- Operating hours: Weekdays 09:00 ~ 18:00 (excluding weekends and public holidays).
[Cases Where Exchange or Refund Is Difficult]
Due to the nature of frozen foods, handling for simple change of mind or decrease in product value may be limited. Please fund carefully.
- Change of mind: Cases based on personal preference such as "It doesn't suit my taste" or "It tastes different from what I expected."
- Negligent storage: Cases of spoilage or damage caused by not freezing the product immediately after receipt.
- Incorrect information: Cases where delivery is delayed or the product is spoiled due to incorrect shipping address or inability to contact the supporter.
- Slight thawing: Due to the nature of frozen foods, slight thawing may occur during delivery, but if the contents are still cold and immediately refrozen, there is no problem with consumption.
- Package opening and consumption: Cases where the reward package has already been opened or partially consumed and subjective reasons are found afterward.
[Cases Eligible for Exchange or Refund]
If the product is difficult to use due to an inherent defect or an issue during delivery, we will provide a 100% reshipment or refund.
- Product defect: If there is a hygiene issue such as the internal packaging being burst or foreign substances being found.
- Wrong delivery or insufficient quantity: If a different flavor from the ordered reward is delivered or the quantity is insufficient.
- Damage during delivery: If the container is severely damaged during delivery and the contents are exposed.
