Why are you conducting pre-orders through Wadiz?

Hello, I am Yonghyun Kim, CEO of Adorlux. At Adorlux, we have been importing luxury living and fashion products from Italy, Switzerland, the UK, and more for over 10 years. While distributing various products domestically, we discovered internationally recognized brands, including Officina Naturae, which has been producing natural organic products for over 20 years.

Officina Naturae is a leading zero-waste brand that minimizes plastic waste and uses natural organic ingredients in its products, establishing itself as an eco-friendly brand in Italy and Europe.

As environmental movements and demand for eco-friendly products that value the Earth are increasing in Korea, we believed it would be great to introduce Officina Naturae's products and brand. After much effort, we officially imported Officina Naturae and are now introducing it to Korea.

How will the funds be used?

Due to the current international situation, importing overseas products and distributing them domestically has become very challenging. The support and funds from this Wadiz pre-order will be used to continue importing and promoting natural organic products in Korea, and we plan to keep introducing Officina Naturae's eco-friendly organic products to the domestic market.

About the Reward

We will do our best to ship the rewards on the scheduled shipping date, but depending on the order quantity, shipping may be delayed by about one day.

If there is a defect in the reward or in case of a simple change of mind

For exchanges or refunds due to a simple change of mind, you can apply within 7 days from the reward delivery completion date.

(Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the supporter.)

In the following cases, you cannot request a refund due to a simple change of mind.

If the reward is lost or damaged due to the supporter’s fault.
If the value of the reward has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the supporter, or if the value has decreased so much over time that it is difficult to resell.

Precautions for Use

If you experience any abnormalities such as red spots, swelling, itching, or irritation during use.
If the applied area shows similar abnormalities due to direct sunlight.
Do not use on areas with lesions, eczema, dermatitis, or other skin abnormalities.

Pre-order Refund Policy Guide

According to the Electronic Commerce Act, if the product differs from the description or advertisement, or if the contract is not fulfilled as agreed, you may request an exchange or refund within three months from the date of receipt, or within thirty days from the date you became aware or could have become aware of the issue.
