💡 The reason Le Célène insists on the 'English signature'

This was also a point that Le Célène agonized over until the very end. However, there is a clear reason why we chose only uppercase English letters.

Not simply as 'readable information', but to use the name itself as a 'design element'. It blends with the simplicity of the glass bottle, making the name itself part of the object.

Le Célène's ribbon engraving is completed through a sophisticated printing process. Due to the nature of special printing, if strongfriction or physical force is applied to the engraved area, smudging may occur. We recommend handling while avoiding the engraved surface as much as possible. We do.

The objet goes through a long journey before reaching you, our supporter. Please open the box and lightly arrange it by following the guide below.

01. Remove the protective tape

To prevent leakage of the solution or the cap from opening during transit, protective tape has been attached to the top. After receiving the package, please carefully remove the tape.

02. Arrange the position of the materials

Due to the liquid nature of herbarium, the position of the flowers may shift slightly during delivery. If you slowly tilt or gently shake the bottle, the materials will naturally return to place with the flow of the solution.

03. Restore ribbon volume

If the ribbon has been flattened inside the package, insert your fingers between the ribbon loops and gently shape it. The three-dimensional silhouette will quickly be restored.

* When shaping the ribbonDirect friction on the printed text area Please be careful not to apply it. If you rub too hard, the engraving may smudge, so it is best to use the ends of the ribbon or the inside of the loop to smooth it out.

04. Damage guarantee information

Due to the nature of glass bottles, if you receive a damaged product due to an accident during delivery,within 24 hours of receipt please send us a message with a photo of the damage. After confirmation, we will remake and resend a new product.

Q1. Can I receive it before Parents' Day (May 8)?

A1. Yes, Le Célène is a project prepared as a gift for Parents' Day. We will ship sequentially according to the promised shipping start date after the funding ends, and we will do our best to ensure you receive it before May 8. (However, depending on the courier, delivery to remote or island areas may take 1-2 days longer.)

Q2. Is it possible to engrave Korean characters or numbers?

A2. This edition was designed to achieve the unique, refined balance of the English font. Unfortunately, this funding does not support engraving in Korean or numbers. If you provide your name in English, Le Célène will craft it with the most beautiful proportions we pursue.

Additionally, reflecting the valuable feedback from our supporters,after the project ends, we plan to officially introduce a new custom option that allows engraving in Korean and numbers. We kindly ask for your continued interest and anticipation for Le Célène's next steps.

Q3. How long does the herbarium last?

A3. This product features preserved flowers designed in a special preservation solution. Depending on the environment, it usually maintains its beauty without wilting for over 2-3 years. If you keep it in a cool place away from direct sunlight, you can enjoy it even longer.

Q4. I entered the wrong text. Can I correct it?

A4. During the funding period, you can edit it yourself in [My Page > Funding History]. However,once production begins after the funding ends, modifications are absolutely not possible Therefore, please make sure to double-check the spelling before the end!

Q5. There is an air layer (empty space) at the top of the solution. Is this a defect?

A5. No, it is not. Leaving a slight margin (air layer) at the top is a standard manufacturing method to prevent bottle damage caused by the expansion and contraction of the solution due to temperature changes. You can use it with confidence.

Q6. How do I make a payment for Jeju Island/remote island areas?

A6. Supporters in these areas mustpay the additional 3,500 KRW listed in the extra items during the payment process. If not entered, delivery may be delayed, so please make sure to check.

Policy: 1:1 Custom Reward Exchange and Refund Principles

After the funding ends, you may request a return if there is a defect in the reward, in accordance with Wadiz's funding return policy. Please be sure to read the following information carefully, considering the nature of the 1:1 custom rewards made exclusively for each supporter.

01. No cancellation or return after funding ends

This reward is produced according to the phrase you submitas a 1:1 made-to-order product. Therefore, once production begins after the funding ends, cancellations and refunds due to a simple change of mind are not possible.

02. Responsibility for custom engraving typos

The phrase engraved on the ribbon will be exactly as you entered it.Exchanges and reshipments due to input errors (typos) are not possible, so please make sure to double-check the English spelling before payment.

• If the format (uppercase only, no spaces, etc.) is not followed, it will be automatically converted and produced according to the guidelines.

03. Cases That Are Not Reward Defects (Natural Phenomena)

The following items are due to the characteristics of the materials and manufacturing process, and are not considered product defects or faults.

• Individuality of Materials: As this product preserves natural materials, the shape, size, and color of the flowers may not be exactly the same as in the photos. Depending on supply conditions, similar materials may be substituted.

• Movement of Materials: The materials may move slightly within the herbarium solution. If the position changes due to shaking during delivery, you can gently tilt the bottle to adjust the position.

• Empty Space Inside the Bottle: It is normal for a thin layer of air to remain at the top to prevent the solution from expanding.

04. Product Defect and Damage Response (A/S)

In the following cases, if you contact us within 7days of receipt, we will exchange the product free of charge.

• Engraving and Shipping Errors: If the product was made differently from the requested phrase or shipped incorrectly due to the maker's mistake.

• Damage During Delivery: If the glass bottle arrives damaged (within 24 hours of receipt photo of the damage must be attached)

Due to the special printing process, please be careful as rubbing or scratching the engraved area strongly may cause smudging.

Cases Where Funding Refunds Are Possible

According to Wadiz's platform policy and relevant laws, you may apply for a refund of your funding only in the following cases.

01. Critical defect in the reward

• If a significant functional defect in the product (e.g., solution leakage, cap damage, etc.) is found within 7 days after receiving the reward, but due to the maker's circumstances,exchange or remanufacturing is not possible, a refund will be provided only in such cases.

• However, cases previously specified as 'not defects' (such as the shape of the flower, solution, flower position, etc.) are excluded.

02. Delivery delay

• If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days from the promised shipping start date due to the maker's circumstances, you may apply for a refund of your funding. (We will do our best to deliver within the deadline, considering the special circumstances of Parents' Day season.)

03. Wrong delivery or manufacturing error of the reward

• If the engraving text you requested is produced incorrectly or a completely different option is delivered, and you do not want an exchange butprefer a refund, the refund will be processed according to the procedure. (However, the product must be returned in unused condition.)
