Q. What are the sizes for carry-on and free checked baggage?
A. According to Korean Air standards, the carry-on size must have a total dimension of 115cm or less, or be within 55cm*40cm*20cm (including handles and wheels). The free checked baggage size must have a total dimension (length + width + height) of 158cm or less (including handles and wheels).
However, regulations may vary by airline, so we recommend checking in advance.

Q. The zipper feels stiff. Is it defective?
A. Due to the characteristics of genuine YKK zippers,
It may feel a bit stiff at first.
It will become smoother with use, which is normal.
Q. How do I set the TSA lock?
A. The default password is 0-0-0.
You can change it to your desired number.
(A TSA lock is a lock certified by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration,
and allows your luggage to be inspected without damage when traveling in the United States.)
<How to Set the Password>
1. After checking that the lock's open button works,
place the zipper pullers in the released position.
2. Use a pen or other tool to press the reset button deeply.
3. Press the reset button until you hear a click,
then turn the number dials to set your desired password.
4. After confirming the changed numbers, release the reset button you were holding.
5. Check if the open button works with the set password.
When resetting the password, set the dials to the previously set password instead of the initial password, and proceed with steps 2-5.
Q. How should I manage and store the product?
A. When cleaning the surface, use synthetic detergent or soap,
and wipe with a sponge or cloth dampened with water.
When not in use, store it upright,
and be careful as prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures may cause deformation.
