The sweetness that comes to mind when you think of strawberries๐
Strawberry compote made with sweet, locally grown strawberries.
We offer you a sweet daily life with strawberries.
"Is this strawberry syrup?"
"No, it's strawberry compote."
ย
Are you curious about the difference between compote and fruit syrup?
Fruit syrup is a homemade syrup made by mixing sugar and fruit.
Compote contains much less sugar and a higher amount of fruit compared to homemade syrup. That's why the fruit flavor is richer and the texture is more pronounced, with the fruit pieces remaining intact compared to fruit syrup.
Ours contains as much as 80% strawberries!
ย
"Can you see the real fruit pieces?"
Compote is originally a French cooking method that minimizes sugar and simmers the fruit to preserve its texture, so the fruit doesn't get crushed and the pieces remain intact.
ย
The compote we are introducing this time is an upgraded version.
It also contains blueberries and blackberries.
You can also choose the triple berry option!
Triple berry is a version that includes both blueberries and blackberries.
You can enjoy the rich and deep flavors of various berries together.
Experience the compote with a more abundant and intense taste!
We use locally grown strawberries that are flash-frozen to preserve their taste, aroma, and nutrients! Because we use flash-frozen strawberries, their flavor, aroma, and appearance are all maintained.
ย

Strawberries contain various nutrients, but they are especially rich in vitamin C, providing as much as 71% of the daily recommended intake.
ย
We did not crush or blend the strawberries, but instead cut the strawberry pulp into large pieces so you can enjoy the texture as if you are eating whole strawberries.
The sugar content is less than 20%, which is lower than typical fruit preserves.
Because the surface area of the fruit exposed to fructose is large,
you can still fully enjoy the sweetness!
ย
"80% strawberry pulp, so what about the remaining 20%?"
Of the remaining 20%, 2% is freshly squeezed lemon juice,
and 18% consists of organic raw sugar from Brazil and domestic acacia honey.
We use organic raw sugar from Brazil, a country famous for its organic sugar, to make our product. During the production of unrefined sugar, the principles of no additives, no bleaching, and no artificial coloring are strictly followed by Jalles Machado, a company with 40 years of tradition, whose unrefined organic sugar we use to make our chestnut preserves!!
For the fruit preserves, we used wildflower honey and acacia honey, carefully selecting the honey to match the aroma and flavor of the fruit.
We use domestic honey produced in Chilgok, a beekeeping special zone. There are various types of honey, such as acacia, wildflower, and chestnut honey, each with its own unique taste and characteristics!
Acacia honey
As the most popular honey, it is made from the nectar of acacia flowers that bloom in spring. It has a pleasant aroma and is widely enjoyed without preference. Acacia honey has a lower sugar content compared to other honeys, pairs well with food, and has a lighter color.
Wildflower honey
Wildflower honey, also known as multifloral honey, is made from the nectar of various flowers rather than a single type. It is rich in vitamins and is preferred by those who enjoy honey frequently. Its color is darker than that of acacia honey.

"Make any dish more delicious"
ย
1. The classic: Strawberry latte
Mix 50ml of strawberry compote with 100ml of milk (or a 1:2 ratio) to make and enjoy a strawberry latte.
ย
2. Make a smoothie with other fruits
Blend with other fruits you have at home (we recommend bananas and blueberries!) and enjoy as a smoothie. If you want it colder or with a crunchier texture, blend it with ice. Use a ratio of 1 part fruit, 1 part water, and 1 part ice.
ย
3. As a topping for yogurt
Add a handful to Greek yogurt or plain yogurt to enjoy its sweetness. If you add cereal, other fruits, or granola, you can enjoy it like an acai bowl or yogurt bowl.
ย
ย
4. As an ice cream topping
Add strawberry compote to vanilla ice cream to make real strawberry ice cream.
Experience real strawberry ice cream made with actual strawberries, not with strawberry additives or syrup.
ย
5. As a topping for waffles or pancakes
When you make or order waffles, pancakes, or cakes at home, try upgrading your dessert with strawberry compote. Instead of adding expensive toppings every time you order dessert, add delicious compote!
